finishing off my build, need a little help

i am wanting to finish of my build. i have a mix of Factory and after market stuff
. what im wanting to know CPU is that i am currently running on a AMD Phenom IIx6 1045T @2.7Ghz
what i am thinking about doing is going with the AMD Phenom II x4 975 @3.6Ghz, should i do this or should i get a Phenom II 1090T.

also this is my line up of the parts i need.

is this line up good? i do need to get another HDD but Crap is still too expensive any help with that would be greatly appreciated

i wouldnt like to go over $550
also my current motherboard has a built in Wireless chip that i use.
this is what it looks like

are these transferable to other mobos
if not should i jsut go buy a wireless usb dongle?

yea, those wireless cards are mainly for laptops. They are Mini PCI-E card. I think only a tiny amt of mobo's have those. If I were you and going for a long lasting build get the 6 core. But that's dependant on price.
