VIDDOC 001 - “Prepare for Take-Off!”

We are back yet again! This time we come bundled with the first of a variety of Video Documentaries (VidDocs). Today we are giving a much more in-depth look to the overall game and what you can expect on release day.

“Prepare for Take-Off” (VidDoc 001)
This video documentary shows the second world (Depth) for the first time as well as plenty of new gameplay footage. It also takes a closer look at the core features of the game including:

Quote:
Open Worlds
Missions & Objectives
Dinosaurs
DLC
Classes
Bases & Generators
Player Shops & Structures

We are aiming to release a new video documentary every week leading up to release. Each one will cover a different area of the game with this first one covering the entire scope and scale.

We hope you enjoy!

ORION: Dino Beatdown is most definitely quite a huge game packed into a small price. I don't think we are even fully conveying just how big of a game this is - even the worlds alone are just massive but all the content and different playstyles within is just mind boggling.

ORION: Prelude is an entirely different game in itself and even larger in both scope and scale compared to ORION: Dino Beatdown. The Competitive (PVP) nature of it alone mixed with all of our content and modes (including Playable Dinosaurs) makes it insane as well.

I love the Rham it colors are amazing

Are the dlc going to be large? i mean adding more levels, dinos, weapons, etc? or they gonna be small separeted dlcs?

EDIT: What if the rham try to feed players to dinosaurs while grabbing them?

Our "planned" schedule for DLC & Post-Release Support for 'ORION: Dino Beatdown' is extensive and admirable. We will be releasing quite a few no matter what but if there is enough demand and it makes business sense we have a huge catalog of content packs that are on the back burner or already in production.

We've announced at least 3 DLC Packs with the first confirmation being made official in this video documentary which is the "Herbivore Dino DLC" Pack. This is will be coming out shortly after the release of ORION: Dino Beatdown and will add new game experiences as each Dinosaur has it's own Behavior Characteristics and A.I foundation.

On top of this we already have a "Carnivore Dino DLC" Pack which is intended to add an additional three dinosaurs to the mix. This would bring the then total of 9 Dinosaur types in the game.

On top of this we are already beginning Pre-Production on one new world for after release. If there is demand I would be absolutely thrilled to make more as I enjoy building them immensely.

On top of this we have a huge private DLC pack in the works that we are going to be talking about in either March or April. Get ready for an insane game ;)

The Rham necessarily won't attempt to feed you to specific dinosaurs on the ground. However, if for example a T-Rex was chasing you to make you his lunch and a Rham comes and picks you up (like in that trailer above) then the T-Rex or Raptors will attempt to track you and wait for you to drop to ensure that you die. It's pretty awesome.
