New PC, thoughts?

Hmm, I'll have to wait and see how much money I'll have then. I can afford any, but want to save some cash, depending on the amount.

I have seen it called Special, Slow, or Second Edition. Slow is the most fitting, but I guess one of the others is most likely.

OFFICIAL: TODAY, I RECEIVED MY NEW GRAPHICS CARD.
ASUS HD 6670 DDR5. PLAYS TRIBES ASCEND AT 1024X768, MED SETTINGS, 80 FPS AVG.

Its sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than integrated (would be more o's, but would be annoying.)

Congrats, have you tried turning the settings up to High?
I'm personally going to upgrade from my HD 5770 if the HD 7770 seems a worthy upgrade on February 15th.
Any plans to overclock?

Eh, decreases my avg FPS down to about 50. After medium, high and ultra high just increase the bloom. At ultra high, the bloom makes everything look like its been covered in gray. Before, I was stuck at 640x480, lowest settings, 20fps. I WANT MEH FRAMES

And no plans to overclock.
