Episodes from Liberty City, the standalone expansion pack, is 4 pounds over at Green Man Gaming right now. That's an awesome deal, seeing as you get the two DLCs with one long story for each and free roam multiplayer.

Or you could just wait for the next Steam sale, when there will be with no doubt a discount on the GTA IV complete collection again. (That includes the base game GTA IV and the expansion pack)
